Payment and delivery
We accept online credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners. All orders at RoyalDesign.com are made on a secure SSL Server to ensure safe shopping.
We also accept PayPal. The money is charged once the order has been placed and an order confirmation has been e-mailed to you.
Credit Card Payment
You can always feel secure in using a card issued by VISA, MasterCard or American Express at RoyalDesign.com We work with DIBS
Payment Services, which is Scandinavia's leading provider of payment services via the Internet and certified according to the card
industry's new stronger security PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). When you pay by card you are sent forward
to a secure page with SSL certificate, where you can safely enter your card details and implementation of payment. Once payment has
been approved, you are sent back to RoyalDesign.com where you get a confirmation that your purchase is completed.

Paypal is used when you don't want to give out the information for your credit card. You sign up for a free account and transfer money out of your checking account into
the PayPal account (usually takes around two days to register) and use PayPal to pay. Just go to paypal.com to sign up.
If you will not be available at your home address to sign for your order, RoyalDesign.com can ship your order to your work, or another more convenient destination.
For your security the orders may not be delivered without an authorized signature, therefore we cannot ship to PO boxes or APO's. If you cannot be available to sign for your parcel,
please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your parcel will be present at the designated shipping address.
If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc. the carrier may accept the signatures of employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery.
Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
You will receive an e-mail when the order is shipped. The email contains the FedEx Tracking number so you can track the shipment online, and see the expected delivery date.
Items not delivered
We charge $20 if you are unavailable to receive your delivery from FedEx or if you refuse to accept your parcel. If you change your mind when the parcel already on it's way, you have to receive the parcel and return it to us, otherwise it will be registered as not received and charged automatically. If you return the goods to us you assume the risk of transportation.
All parcels leaving us are insured. If the parcel and/or the content is damaged when you receive it, report it immediately on the spot. If you have opened the parcel and discover damage, please contact us at Customer Service and we will assist you.
