What is the minimum/maximum I can order?

We do not have a maximum or minimum on how much you can order. If your order is over $500 shipping is free! On orders under $500 the shipping charge is $15, if you want the order shipped outside the US, there will be an additional shipping charge of $35. All shipments are sent fully insured. If you wish to order a large number (over 20 pcs.) of the same product, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

How are the Goods delivered?

We use the shipping company FedEx for the delivery. You'll receive an e-mail when the order is shipped. The email contains the FedEx Tracking number so you can track the shipment online and see the expected delivery date. Normally handling time before shipping is 4-5 business days. For out of stock items, view the product site for an expected lead time to our warehouse. Generally we do not arrange partial deliveries and the order will be shipped when all items are in stock. If you will not be available at your home address to sign for your order, RoyalDesign.com can ship your order to your work, or another more convenient destination.

How long is the delivery time?

If all items are in stock, the order is shipped 4-5 business days after the order has been placed. If any item is out of stock, view the product site for an expected lead time to our warehouse. Generally we do not arrange partial deliveries and the order will be shipped when all items are in stock. Depending on the postal service, location and amount of orders, the delivery time vary between 3-5 business days. We use the shipping company FedEx.

How much is the shipping fee?

If your order is over $500, freight is free! Otherwise, there is a shipping charge of $15. All shipments are sent fully insured.

Can I return/exchange an item?

Yes. We offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on all items. You can return your RoyalDesign.com order within 14 days after you have received your products for a full refund or exchange. The item must be returned in its original condition. Always include a note with the order number and explain why you are returning the item and specify if you want a replacement or refund. You need to pay the return shipping cost to Sweden yourself. Please contact us first if you would like to return an order; this will make the returns procedure quicker. If you return the goods to us, you assume the risk of transportation. Some exceptions to the right of withdrawal may occur if the product is specially manufactured or otherwise tailored to you. How do I exchange an item?

What if I am not satisfied with a product?

If you aren't satisfied with the product or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at customer service, and we will assist you.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order without any difficulty if the order has not yet been dispatched. If we have already sent your order, you can of course return it, but you will then have to pay for the return postage.

What happens if I refuse to accept my order?

We charge $20 if you refuse to accept your parcel or if you aren't available to receive your delivery from FedEx. If you change your mind when the parcel already is on its way, you have to receive it and return it to us, otherwise it will be registered as not delivered and charged automatically. If you return the goods to us, you assume the risk of transportation.

Do you have all products in stock?

Most items listed are in stock (marked with IN STOCK handling time before shipping 4-5 business days). If the item is a ?special order item? we will order it from the supplier when we recieve an order from a customer. The approximate lead time to our warehouse is stated on each product site.

Can I get engravings or decorative sandblasting on my product?

Yes, in larger quantities, we can arrange this, or if the product costs more than $500.
