Shipping & Delivery


We currently use FedEx Home Delivery for all orders. All orders are sent fully insured.

Shipping charges

If your order is over $250, you receive free shipping. For other orders there is a shipping charge of $19. The order threshold for calculating free shipping is based on your order total after discounts have been applied.

Dispatch and delivery times

We normally dispatch orders within 1-4 business days, which is the time until we hand over the item to the postage carrier. From there, FedEx typically estimates a delivery time of 3-5 business days to the US mainland, although delivery to rural or remote areas may take longer.

For orders to Hong Kong or Singapore, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Ordering an item which is out of stock

If you have placed an order with products which are out of stock, we will wait until we have received those items from our supplier. We do not generally arrange for partial deliveries. For out of stock items, the estimated delivery time from our supplier is listed on the product page.

Item tracking

All our shipments are trackable. You can track your order through the FedEx website. Please make sure that your item has been dispatched from our warehouse before you try to track it, as it will not show up on the FedEx website until they have received the item from us.

Returns & refunds

You can return your order within 14 days after you have received your products for a full refund or exchange. Please contact customer service if you wish to make a return, and we will guide you through the returns process.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If the product requires assembly, it has to be disassembled before being returned to us. Always include a note with the order number and explain why you are returning the item and specify if you want a replacement or refund. You need to pay the return shipping cost to Sweden yourself. If you return the goods to us, you assume the risk of transportation.

When using your right to return, you bear responsibility for arranging shipping, and are therefore also responsible for the products during return shipping. This means that you are responsible for products returning to us in their original state, and that they are not damaged during shipping. You should therefore package the returned products carefully. It is important that the package is clearly marked as a product return (e.g. RETURN or RETUR) to avoid additional fees.
