This sauté pan from Fiskars is made in Finland and has an aluminium core with a ceramic coating on its outside which does not scratch the cooktop. The sauté pan consists of Energybase and an inside with a durable Hardtec non-stick coating that prevents the food from burning, it is also completely PFOA-free. The flat glass lid is fitted with a bakelite handle tag and a black silicone edge that ensures that the pan is tightly sealed and retains the heat.
