Khom Loy is a paper lamp from Mimou, which is made of a thin bamboo paper which with its brittleness gets natural creases and wrinkles which becomes an obvious and natural part of the design. Available in three sizes and fits well both alone and in groups. The lamp is made by hand in the same way as the classic paper lamp is made for generations in the Thai villages. Older experienced villagers select and collect bamboo for the frame, another group of villagers folds, cuts and join the paper and a third group assembles the paper on the frame of bamboo. Comes in flat paper packaging. Carefully unwrap it and hang it up. Characteristics

The difference in voltage may affect the light of the lamp and you will not be able to use a dimmer function. The lamp can also make 'wiring noises' due to the voltage difference.
