Oval Casserole in Cast Iron from Staub. Better than any other material, cast iron retains and evenly diffuses heat. All our coloured or matt black finish products are enamelled inside and out. Compatible with all heat sources, including induction. Dishwasher use is possible (except for items with a wooden handle), however not recommended.

Ik zocht een braadpan die geschikt was voor de behoeften van mijn gezin: vlees- en groentestoofschotels die 2-3 uur langzaam in de oven moeten garen.
Dit is de perfecte maat daarvoor en bovendien kookt het eten er snel en goed in. Door de grootte en het gewicht is hij lastig uit de oven te tillen, af te wassen en schoon te maken. Maar ik ben bereid om daaraan mee te werken, want ik weet dat dit de pan is waarin ik de rest van mijn leven zal koken.
