We're continuously working on improving and broadening our delivery options to make shopping with us more convenient. Normally your order will be shipped once all items are available in stock. However, to offer the best packaging and the quickest delivery your order may be sent in two or more shipments. This will be highlighted in the tracking information that you will receive with your tracking email. Your parcels may arrive at different days and times, but you will always be able to track the shipments on the shipping carriers website.
1) Order confirmation
Shortly after placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with information on your purchase, as well as the current stock status for all items.
2) Delivery update
If your delivery were to be delayed we will notify you by E-mail with a new estimated lead time from our supplier. The same applies if your products were to be out of stock with our supplier.
3) Shipping confirmation
When your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a delivery confirmation by E-mail. In the shipping conrifmation you will receive a tracking link, so that you can follow your order's progress all the way to your home.
4) Text message-notification
Finally, you will be notified by text message (SMS) when your delivery is ready to collect or when it's out for home delivery. Your parcels may arrive at different days and times, but you will always be able to track the shipment on the shipping carriers website.
The delivery times specified for each shipping company below refer to the time after your order has left our warehouse and been handed over to a carrier. Please note that we have a handling time to prepare and package your order before then. You can find details regarding our handling times in our terms & conditions. We are unfortunately unable to affect delivery times after we've handed over your order to a carrier.
These times are the estimates that are provided to us by the carrier and not a guaranteed delivery date. Note that deliveries to rural areas may take longer.

FedEx bezorgt je bestelling rechtstreeks bij je thuis. FedEx bezorgt voor de deur en bezorging naar binnen is niet inbegrepen.

Budbee bezorgt je bestelling 's avonds tussen 17.00 en 22.00 uur bij je thuis. Je ontvangt een melding per sms en kunt zelf je gewenste bezorgtijd kiezen. Beschikbaar voor pakketten met een maximaal gewicht van 20 kg en een maximale breedte van 150 cm of een maximale omtrek van 150 cm (kleinere artikelen). Budbee is alleen beschikbaar in sommige postcodes, voer je postcode in bij het afrekenen om te zien of Budbee beschikbaar is.
Om de verspreiding van COVID-19 te minimaliseren, biedt Budbee standaard contactloze bezorging. Je pakket wordt voor de deur achtergelaten en de chauffeur zal een foto maken om de bezorging te bevestigen. Als je geen contactloze bezorging wilt, kun je daarvoor kiezen via de trackinglink die door Budbee wordt verzonden.
Bezorgtijd: 5-7 dagen
For certain orders including particularly large items, we ship using DHL Euroconnect. You cannot choose DHL Euroconnect at checkout, as this is determined manually by our warehouse staff. If your order has to be re-booked to be shipped with DHL, that will be visible in your shipment confirmation. Of course, there is no extra charge if your order has to be shippd with DHL. DHL only offers kerbside delivery, which means you are responsible for bringing the order into your home.
