Its 2.5 mm thick construction makes it sturdy and long-lasting. Suitable for all heat sources, including induction, it comes with ergonomic handles for safe handling. The pot includes a glass lid that retains heat and moisture during cooking and can also be used in the oven (without the lid at temperatures above 175 °C).
