The seat is made of moulded American walnut veneer with front upholstery in the exclusive fabric Belsuede Special FR from Dedar. With its rounded edges that elegantly fold away from the body, it creates an expression that is both light and inviting. The slender sledge base in polished stainless steel adds to the chair's distinctive and modern profile.
Designed by Komplot Design, this is the first chair to be made using 3D moulding of veneer - a technical milestone that has paved the way for new forms in contemporary furniture design. The chair is now part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
