Made from cotton, 24% of which is recycled, this runner combines sustainability with timeless design. Unbleached and recycled fabrics have a natural, lively colour and texture, with subtle variations and small areas of differing shades—each piece is unique. The Unikko pattern, symbolising creativity, was created by Maija Isola at a time when floral designs were rare in Marimekko’s collections. Fascinated by flowers, Isola designed an entire range of innovative floral prints that remain iconic today.
