The 5KSM2CB5BGS is an innovative bread bowl from KitchenAid that makes it easy to bake artisan bread at home. It is designed to be used directly in the kitchen machine to mix and knead the dough, then let it rise in the same bowl and finally bake in the oven. The result is bread with even baking, a soft crumb and a golden, crispy crust.
The bowl is made of titanium-reinforced ceramic, which makes it durable and resistant to edge bumps, cracks and discolouration. The lid traps the steam during baking, giving the same effect as a steam oven. With a capacity of 4.7 litres, you can bake everything from classic loaves to focaccia and brioche - and after use, both bowl and lid can be easily washed in the dishwasher.
