Not completely satisfied.
"Pipet" sounds like a train signal, if it sounds, which it only did once.. But it is nice and works well to boil water in.

Bought this on sale. Thought it was smaller and smoother than my much larger one from another brand. But as previous review says - it doesn't whistle but honks permeated. So if you live in an apartment with thin walls and don't want to disturb neighbours, don't choose this one. Luckily the horn itself stopped working after a week - have pushed the cap, but no difference. Besides the honking, the narrow spout (my other kettle has a wider one) causes hot water to splash when pouring - so keep toddlers away when pouring into your cup!
