Satake Ame is a very beautiful knife series with balance, strength, power and tradition as keywords for its elegant design. Ame is Japanese for "rain" which inspired the design of both the pattern of the blade and the knife's deliciously marbled handle.
Every handle has a unique marbling of light and dark elements in the wood, which makes brings a guaranteed unique look to every handle.

Very cool knife, it is extremely large and heavy. It needs to be sharpened immediately as it is very dull. A knife to adorn the collection with but no one don't buy this if you can't handle knives.
