ETI – Thermapen ONE is the newest kitchen thermometer

The thermometer has a patented rotating 360° display, making it usable in your right or left hand and in any and all positions. The Thermapen is suitable for all kinds of cooking, such as grilling, baking, and making jam. The display includes a sensor that lets it know just when it needs to activate, for example outside on late summer nights or indoors in poor lighting.

When the thermometer is no longer in use, it automatically shuts down to save battery; another way to shut it down is to push the needle back to its cover. Made of ABS plastic to reduce bacteria growth, the shell is waterproof for easy cleaning.
