Essence water glass designed by Alfredo Häberli from Iittala. Essence water glass is a very versatile glass and is a good complement to the wine glasses in this immensely popular series.
In terms of form, the water glass has the same modern and stylish design as the other glasses in the series. Common to the series is also that all the glasses are made of thin, lead-free glass and can withstand machine wash. What separates the water glass is that it has no shaft or foot and that it has a different volume on the compartment.
The water glass cover has a volume of 35 cl and has a thin edge which allows it to quickly adapt to the temperature of the water. The inward-sloping glass that gradually tapers off at the top also works to keep the bubbles in a carbonated water longer. A fresh glass of water has never tasted so good.
Essence classy water glasses fit perfectly on the dinner table next to the wine glasses from the same series. They can also be used for smoothies in the morning, everyday swings or for dessert in the evening - Only the imagination sets the boundaries.
