The delivery took far too long. The package was thrown on the front doorstep and the contents were broken.
A complaint was fobbed off. I was asked to upload photos of everything, which I was unfortunately unable to do for technical reasons. A processing fee was charged that was higher than the value of the broken goods and I was also supposed to pay for the return of the package myself. So with a company like this I only pay a lesson once. I will never order anything from them again. The store is completely unfriendly to customers and cannot be recommended. Royal is only the name of this company, the rest is rubbish.
