I will never buy from royal design again. Should have easily read more before buying for a company for the first time, I would have learned. I am not satisfied with the purchase. Not satisfied with the coffee maker and the return process. Very bad coffee machine do not buy this. Hard to open lid and made of cheap plastic. Plus when I was going to return it, it costs extra for shipping instead of free when I have only received the goods yesterday, it is after all a 30 day purchase. Will never come back to buy here.
