Beskrivning
Crafted from a firm cotton and linen blend, 24% of the cotton is recycled, combining durability with sustainability. Unbleached and recycled fabrics have a natural, lively colour and texture, with subtle variations and small areas of differing shades—making each placemat unique. The Unikko pattern, symbolising creativity, was designed by Maija Isola at a time when floral motifs were rare in Marimekko’s collections. Fascinated by flowers, she created an entire range of innovative floral prints that remain iconic today.
