Perfect for cooking with on all hobs and also safe to use in the oven with its heat resistant glass lid, which also gives full view of how the cooking proceeds without removing the lid. The beautiful handle is also functional while also making the pot perfect for hanging directly oven open fire for cooking outdoors.

Maintenance
Wash by hand after each use, use warm water and a soft dish-brush. Avoid detergent, this will dry out the burnt iron. Wipe dry with paper towels immediately after cleaning and preferably lubricate with neutral cooking oil and wipe off with paper towels.

The wooden lid swells slightly at high humidity, it will resume normal size when all dry again. Rinse the wooden lid by rinsing it and then wipe off the lid after use. Lubricate with neutral cooking oil from time to time and wipe off with paper towels.
