Paris u'Select Pepper Mill Black Lacquered, 18 cm

Paris is considered to be the flagship product of the Peugeot collection when it comes to mills, as it is available in a large selection of different colors and sizes.

The pepper mill is made of wood with a smooth black lacquered surface and is equipped with Peugeot's innovative and patented u'Select grinding mechanism, which provides a perfect grind, whether you want finely ground or coarse pepper. u'Select offers the user six different pre-selectable grind settings that you can easily adjust by turning the ring at the base of the grinder to the desired grind size. u'Select has something for everyone!

u'Select has a special pepper mechanism that is equipped with a helix-shaped double row of teeth that guide and direct the peppercorn down to the mouth for even grain. The stainless steel is protected by a patented treatment that maintains its wear resistance and sharpness.

The pepper mill can be used to grind several different varieties of peppercorns, such as black, white, green and pink pepper. Note that pink pepper can only be used in the pepper mill if mixed with any of the other peppercorns, of which max 15% pink pepper. The peppercorns should be dry and hard to receive the best results, and it is recommended that they are not any larger than 5 mm in diameter. Dried coriander is also suitable to grind with u'Select pepper mechanism.

Clean the grinder with a slightly damp cloth and never use strong detergents or dish soap.
