Delivery took a long time, which in itself wouldn't be a problem, but the jug is leaking and dripping from the bottom. Customer service was contacted and asked for a return slip and a new delivery - no response! We have now contacted customer service for the second time and asked for a return slip and a refund of our money. Conclusion: Product and customer service not recommended!
