Our trusted carriers are picking up goods for delivery from our Swedish warehouse every day from Monday to Friday. The warehouse was built in 2019 and is semi automated with autostore robots doing a lot of the hard work picking and packing thousands of orders every day.
The founder of RoyalDesign.com, Andreas Ekberg, initiated the warehouse move himself and has been managing the entire process from the beginning. The purpose of this investment is to build for the future and make sure to keep our customer promises and delivery times even if we are growing rapidly on a global market.
1) Order conrfirmation
Shortly after placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with information on your purchase, as well as the current stock status for all items.
2) Delivery update
If your delivery were to be delayed we will notify you by E-mail with a new estimated lead time from our supplier. The same applies if your products were to be out of stock with our supplier.
3) Shipping confirmation
When your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a delivery confirmation by E-mail. In the shipping conrifmation you will receive a tracking link, so that you can follow your order's progress all the way to your home.
4) Text message-notification
Finally, you will be notified by text message (SMS) when your delivery is ready to collect or when it's out for home delivery. Your parcels may arrive at different days and times, but you will always be able to track the shipment on the shipping carriers website.
