The laundry basket looks much less stable and valuable in reality than in the photo. The stability is rather marginal. The material itself is OK, the look is pretty good. The main reason for the point deduction is the unpleasant smell, although it is not clear whether it is mold or production residues. Secondly, other suppliers have much better organized return procedures (delivery and return slips, etc.). The option to return is theoretically available, however, and the deadline for doing so is fine.
