The Coria sauté pan from Dorre has a diameter of 28 cm and a capacity of 4.7 litres, making it ideal for casseroles, sauces and larger dishes. The pan is made from thick aluminium and features a hard-anodised exterior for extra durability, along with a stainless steel base that ensures even heat distribution on all types of hobs, including induction. The latest KFCC ceramic non-stick coating, generation 8, offers significantly improved wear resistance. The included glass lid makes it easy to monitor cooking while retaining heat and flavour.
