It's the second in the Greenpan series I've bought, so I already knew the product's features. Unlike all frying pans with a Teflon-like coating, this one has a shiny, diamond-enhanced surface that can withstand both metal utensils and dishwashers. However, I avoid this (use soft utensils, wash by hand) and after a year of use the frying pan is still like new! All this at a reasonable price.
Tefal - throw yourself into the wall!
