The lamp cannot be mounted on the ceiling because the screw was too short. have bought these lamps before and then the screw is much longer. As well as no lamp plug inserted, you should do this if the customer wishes it!
Give the customer a longer screw for the lamp and insert a lamp plug if the customer wishes. For safety's sake!
