Discover culinary perfection and a classical and timeless design with Demeyer's exclusive series Atlantis. The sauce pan has a TriplInduc® base made of seven layers of silver and copper which adds extra heat conductivity and optimal heat distribution. This gives a heat-conducting surface that is 33% more effective than traditional bases.
The base is also hermetically welded (airtight) InductoSeal®, which provides additional hygiene and quality because nor water, grease or dirt can get in between the layers. The sauce pans are Silvinox®-treated, which makes it easy to clean the exterior steel. The food easily release from the pan during cooking and makes it easy to clean afterwards.
