C-Chair from GUBI is designed by Marcel Gascoin in 1947 and is one of his most well-known pieces. The C-Chair was born after Marcel came up with an idea of creating a piece of furniture that was elegant, functional and robust that would fit into the new sizes of homes built at the end of World War II, where there was limited space. The simple chair has a minimalist design language with a lot of attention to the details, where its powerful legs and seat in cane play a major role.
