After using it a couple of times, the plates seem to be made of high-quality porcelain and therefore also durable. The surface of the plate is very beautiful and cutting with a knife would not seem to wear away the slightly rough surface. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will possibly buy more dishes from the same series. After using it a couple of times, I could recommend the plates if you want something out of the ordinary. However, it remains to be seen how the plates will last in use.
