Design pure pleasure. But they wobble about as much as ducks walk, where since the eggs don't sit as deep as with other better egg cups, you use them less than originally intended.
Incredibly pretty. Nice in the closet.
If you have a deeper sense of better design, you tend to use them more in everyday life.
